Rich in history & in need of TLC! This historical Lubec Landmark is ready for some love. Built about 1844 , it was known as the Methodist Episcopal Church until roughly 1934 when it was deeded to the I.O.O.F. (Independent Order of Odd Fellows), in 1969 it was deeded to the Rural Youth Corp and used for dances, theater, and other events. From the beautiful hard wood floors to the stunning tin walls/ceilings - there is a lot left to work with. The possibilities are endless - residential, commercial, studio.... Great in town location, partial water views, & lots of potential! is motivated!
