The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, designed in the Greek Revival style in 1825. Porches elevate the recreational vistas of Fonsylvania. The front porch wrap around is 2, 100 sqft, and the rear porch is 243 sqft. A detached 430 sqft guest house, built in the early-1990s is not included in the living square footage.
