Beautiful Queen Anne style Victorian Home built in 1895 in its original grandeur, yet a very functional family home with quiet secluded areas inside and outside, yet in the Village of Blissfield! This home features original, never painted, beautiful ornate oak woodwork with rich patina finish. Front foyer has an open stairway and two arches with columns richly carved. The living room has a fireplace with raised ivory and tan tiles and a mantle is carved oak that reaches to the 9+ foot ceilings. The dining room has a built-in china with glass doors and richly decorated with carved wood panels. The second stairway leads from the dining room to the five bedrooms on the second floor. The front bedroom has a small alcove where a third stairway leads up to a small tower room from which the view of the village can be had.
