This is a diamond in the rough if I ever saw one. Would be beautiful with just a little bit of restoration and love. The wallpapered/painted transom in the 4th to the last picture cracks me up. I had a few of those in my house.

Nice place. The great thing about this house is that they left most of the good stuff. Yes, there are some things to undo and some to rescue, but that’s what it’s all about. There is some fun stuff to play with in this home and someone is going to enjoy this great family space.

  4. The potential here is amazing. So many original elements to work with from original lighting to fireplace mantelS. Here’s praying some wonderful person with a vision and a passion for restoration falls in love with this charming home. It’s such a welcoming classic Structure it made me think Of “Fried Green Tomatoes”!

If I had this house, the linoleum in the kitchen and pantry would definitely stay!
