Awesome piece of historical real estate!! All Brick office building zoned R-2 though so you could have a beautiful unique home with some renovations. Super tall ceilings up and down. Cool roof top could give you a magnificent patio with an amazing view. There is sooooo much parking you wouldn't need to store all your toys anywhere else. 3 CAR DETACHED GARAGE/SHOP for all your needs. This one needs some work but could be amazing. None of your traditional rooms for a house are in the space now. Could also be used as office space. If you wanted to use it for commercial use you would need to call Planning & Zoning ask for Laura Leigh to discuss your use.

I don’t know what this was originally but someone with an imagination could really do something cool here. Love the exterior details!

Amazing ART DECO styling. Someone probably bought this cheap yrs ago & decided lets carve it up into a bunch of spaces, lease them out for an outrageous amount of money & call it a day.

I’d grab this for the rooftop alone! I was looking at the map…it seems there is a ton of development going on in this town. Anyone know why? If I was going to buy any property in this area, I’d do it now before the prices go up due to new residents coming in.

Wow, lots of potential here. It would be cool to open it all up (except for a couple of bedrooms and baths). I wonder if some of the cool mid-century furniture is included in the sale?

  6. Oh, very intriguing… A lot could be done with this.

The high ceilings alone are amazing. Art Deco or the Modernist style is one of my favorites. In any major city this will be snapped up for loft apartments. Great parking, wonderful character, the potential is near limitless.

Funny. When I look at the great expanse of cement parking lot, lights come on and I think “SOIL RECLAMATION PROJECT!!!!!” And then I wonder how many Elderberries I can fit in. Ahh…I can hear the birds singing in them now.
