This amazing Neo-Classical home, which is on the Historic Registry of SC, was built in 1918 and truly is one of a kind with 11 ft ceilings on the main and 10 ft upstairs. The molding in the LR,DR and parlor is exquisite and the flooring, which consist of oak with mahogany inlays, is so unique to a house built in the early 1900's. There is 7 FPs in the home, and every BR has its own sink. Many upgrades have been done since the home was built such as central heat and air, new metal roof, updated kitchen and a great room/den replacing a screened porch. The sun room/ sleeping porch, on the 2nd floor, was added later with a 2nd kitchen in it. Original to the 1.47 acre property is a detached 2 car garage and a smokehouse. This house has been well maintained and loved over the past 100 years and is looking for a new family to love it also.
