    This is a red letter day for those wonderful homes that don’t need a ton of work to be wonderful and are completely affordable. This one has lots of potential for the big garden and busy kitchen that I like. It also has an untouched set of wood features that I love. This house is just waiting for some respect for the colors that it should have and a loving family. Anything else can be undone with a little work and a comparatively small investment. My kind of fixer upper!
