Got my heart beating. This is exciting. Just aglow with possibilities.

  4. I was just coming here to say that they added interior photos! It’s honestly it better condition than I expected with those roof problems, even striped down this much. With the previous owners plans for remodel I figured for sure that it all the moldings would be gone and it would be just studs. Looks like they did it in only the places that had the most damage which is nice to see. Love that little curbed nook in the wall in one of the basement photos. It’s a nice surprise and nice to see it’s still survived. Love this house!

That photo of the lovely graceful stairway coming down into the front hall is indicative of how lovely this was and could be again.

  6. Very intriguing: I think it’ll be snapped up, I’m hearing anecdotally that NJ, suburban NY and CT rentals and houses for sale are going quick.

what first caught my eye is the way it’s built into the hill and then I saw those narrow Gothic looking windows. Had to see inside and was not disappointed. I hope someone loves that house back to life.
