According to the City Manager of Graham: Please be advised that the Old Church located at 701 Grove Street in Graham Texas is currently located in a Commercially Zoned area, however as long as the purchaser of the property does not tear down the existing structure and build a new building they could remodel the structure for residential purposes. Our zoning ordinance requires a change to residential if a new structure is being built. Currently the Commercial Zone goes to the alley to the South of this church. So to summarize a purchaser of this property may remodel for residential purposes without changing the zoning.
