Classic Wilburn! I recognized this immediately as one of her plans. It shows nicely exactly what the house you link to in Albany lost when exterior modifications were made to it (including the painting of face brick). The house appears even larger from the back than it does from the front!
I really like the kitchen and the green bathroom. Mt Olive is a sweet little town.
Oh, the potential .. love this place!
I love houses from this time to 40’s. The only thing I would change is to get a bit of an updated counter top. I also love seeing all that concrete, as I look out my door and see nothing but weeds.
