Posted before. I know someone said this was an architect/planbook home but cannot remember the architect.

Very nice, I love the fretwork and the candle stand in the foyer.

Really stunning unpainted woodwork. LOVE IT.
This makes me want to play the “Life is not fair” game. I can only dream of finding something like this for $185k where we live. The fretwork, stained glass, newel post, original built-ins and leaded glass windows…I could go on all day! I hope an old home enthusiast buys this property. It will make someone VERY lucky and happy!
Please, I play that life is not fair card often on this site. I live in Connecticut! And homes like this are almost never this price. Only time you see this price on a house like this in Connecticut is if its in the middle of know where or a very dumpy area.
Middle of “nowhere” … my phone auto correct !! hate it

“middle of nowhere” these days can be a good thing! It is a charming house with lots of goodies! I’d want to see if the original siding was hiding under the vinyl siding, though.
I agree. If I could work from home Iād love it.
I love the natural woodwork and stained glass in this house š

My eyes are not so good. Is that vinyl or aluminum siding? And has all of the interior woodwork been refinished with a modern finish? Sweet house!
I LOVE this one!
There is something spectacular in Every. Single. Picture.
This ones special…
