Love the bathrooms! And the kitchen! Is that an original St. Charles kitchen? I love the radiator covers, the built-in dressing table in the MBR, the proportions of the rooms. This is a perfect house! I’d buy it in a minute, lose the carpet and change nothing else. And I don’t even know where Sterling, Illinois is!

Ditto; you took all my words!
We had a St Charles kitchen growing up. It even included a stove very similar to the one in this kitchen. Love that stove.
I thought the same: that must be St. Charles!

The kitchen is quite beautiful and the metal cabinets are especially nice. The vintage stove makes it more appealing. I do have this overwhelming desire to peek under the carpet and see what the hardwood floors look like!
That kitchen is great – including the vintage dishwasher.
That looks like the same seafoam green tile I have in my bathroom, or very close to it.
I’m crazy about the kitchen!

Makes me think of Betty Drapers house….
