I love this place so much!! The home, the land, I’d be happy to call it home!! My animal babies would be happy too!! I love the simple beauty of this home & that it “feels” like home! I wouldn’t change much from what I can see, the carpet for sure.. Wish there were pics of the bathrooms! This really is one of my faves!

Architecturally too simple for me personally but this house is very nice. But someone will love this home with its stunning views and land around it! I would love to live in a location like this, but with a little more complexity to the design and detail.

You say “architecturally too simple” for you and we’ve read here before about your fondness for the Aesthetic Movement, which makes me think it would be great for OHD supporters to share images of their own homes and furnishings on their Profile Photos page for other supporters to appreciate. Personally, I’d opt out since my 1990 home wouldn’t induce much jaw dropping here.

Very nice, well cared for in a beautiful location with land. I usually notice price first and when it what I consider high for myself, I check out acreage to make it worth the asking price. This is one that has enough land, nice house, barn, etc. to warrant such a price. Being a country girl with livestock, I always value land!

The 62 acres is the jewel here. But they need to plant some trees on that land. I can’t imagine the waste of time and fuel mowing all that property when it could just be left to go wild (since it doesn’t seem to be growing any kind of crop anyway). A few shots of that barn interior would be nice, as well.

Oh my goodness! I don’t see anything wrong here but they didn’t show the bathroom! I look at acreage versus price myself and this property is worth it. As to the no crop comment, didn’t you see all the hay rolls? Hay is the most important crop there is for livestock. City Slicker!πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚( sorry, I just had to laugh)

    Beautiful home and beautiful views!
But is the house staged or do they really have that many Reader’s Digest Condensed Books?! It rivals the collection my mom had.
