I love the vintage dinette in the kitchen. Nice house and very affordable!
It’s kind of odd, but the street view doesn’t have the trees framing it. Guess they pulled the trees. (?)

Ermmm, I think the address is incorrect? 106 E Main is just a bunch of buildings in what appears to be an old town street. Google even places it at a sheet metal siding building 🤷
Scottsdale, AZ
Yeah more like 196 E Main. Found it by driving around in Street view lol!
And the trees have been replaced 😢
Charlotte, NC
It’s beautiful. But why so cheap?
I’m confused by the “outside” in the hall way? i.e. window, siding? Could it have been added onto without joining old/new? (3rd & 5th pics from the bottom) beautiful curb appeal though and a lot of house for little $$$
Rural Retreat, VA
In the 5th photo from top you can see where the addition was added. The roofline changes and the new siding doesn’t line up with the old siding.

You had me at two story porch!
WOW, Very affordable and so much potential. Someone has already done a lot of work. Well worth the money. Beautiful place!✨💜✨
