Husband and I were daydreaming again, found this last night. Love that chunky chimney! Although no interior photos, not sure I’d care, we could sit on the porch and not feel like the neighbors are staring us down. Far enough from the road to not feel the cars drive by either!

  2. Rental property? Oh no no no no! 17.5 acres, off the road, babbling brook and a porch? I am afraid I must call selfish dibs on this one!

I hope someone who wants to keep the land unspoiled buys this. It’s perfect just as it is.

Absolutely PERFECT and it pains me greatly not to see the inside. I guess in another life…. Sigh. Epitome of perfection!

I just talked to realtor. It is under contract. He said that the house is “pretty bad.” Because it has been a rental it is dirty and unkempt. He felt that anyone interested in keeping it would want to gut the house.
