What a great house with some great spaces. I love the peg-leg sink in the bathroom and the great built in hutch in the dining room.

I am curious about the very small door in the hallway at the top of the stairs? Laundry chute?

1893 seems challenging to accept although about a decade later would be a good fit with the details visible in this home. Nominally, the style is late Queen Anne with Colonial Revival details. Personally interesting to see is the one-legged bathroom sink which is identical to the one that was in our home and believed to date to 1905 when indoor plumbing was added to our house. Our porcelain sink had some damage when we moved in so I replaced it with a modern but vintage style “Victorian” pedestal sink.
