One of Woodstocks finest example of Victorian. It is a main residence, apartment income, lends itself to main floor business & now air bnb. So many possibilities. 2 apts currently (1450 monthly, heat included in one) & an air bnb.

When I lived in the midwest, I saw oodles and oodles of large old houses that were turned into multifamily homes/apartments. Some beautifully done and others an eyesore. I always wanted to deconstruct the “apartments” and turn them back into single family homes. Since I a) didn’t have the money and b) lacked the know how, I would sketch out the floorplans as to what I’d studied them to be originally. I finally came to the conclusion that I’d rather see these homes modified for multiple families than torn down to build apartment buildings.
Thanks for the Maritimes pick, Kelly! Keep ’em coming – I am determined to buy our next home from info received on OHD.
We decided that this one was as wonderful as we could ever hope for but lacked the privacy we’re looking forward to enjoying in our Old Age.
