There are some cute details in this one if you look close enough. The windows, the door, the phone niche, the side porch floor, door knobs. The yard with a freshly painted & repaired picket fence adds to it.

Very charming. Ferriday is another small Louisiana town with a nice inventory of old houses at reasonable price points. Too far for me to commute but I would love to call this one home.

I love this oneโ€™s exterior. And as Kelly noted, the interior has plenty of neat details. Once spiffed up, it would be really adorable, inside & out.

This is my idea of a cozy cottage!

Can someone tell me what you call that porch floor? Broken tile? Mosaic? Flagstone?
