What a beauty! I love the wallpaper in the dining room, I just wish it were in one of the bedrooms. Great built-ins, lovely original kitchen cabinets, linen closet–this one ticks a lot of my boxes.

Wow, I didn’t realize here were houses like this available in Minneapolis still. The average city sale price is around $267,000. Be sure to check out the neighborhood (former Mpls house-owner.)

Fantastic! I wonder why they don’t tear out the old carpet when listing the house? Surely what’s underneath can’t be any worse, and is probably better.

Flipped. The biggest shame is the kitchen, the new one is nice but why did they get rid of those amazing cabinets or not reuse the sink? Bummer.
