And now I shall sing the song of my people, “more pictures pleaseeee!”

I will sing along with you! The house looks very interesting with some great details but it makes me want to see more.
I know every verse and chorus of this song and we can sing it in rounds like “Row Row Row Your Boat” or in 3-part harmony, if you like. (Although my singing is known to make the neighborhood dogs howl but…)

Ooooooooooohhhh how tantalizing!!! I like what I see, even if itβs only a peek π
This is the second one today in this neighbourhood, and equally intriguing. You can see the conditions that the buyers have to meet here. Note that this is not the exact house, but another one being sold by the same organization.

It does my heart good to see these reasonably priced fixer victorians up for sale. Where I live (Midwest),pretty much any house listed for less than $75,000 is ABSOLUTELY a teardown being sold for the lot! So many times, I’ve wished my business was moveable to one of the states where restorable victorians come cheap; then I could restore twice as many!
Agreed Dave! Here in the Chicagoland area you can’t touch anything for less than a few hundred thousand and you’re right it’s mostly for the land.
