A pleasing, surprisingly spacious floor plan is a plus for this lovely 1800s three bedroom cape on 2.4 acres. Many original features remain and add a charming ambiance. A first floor master suite with attached full bath and private office/or nursery offer first floor living if desired. In addition, there is a formal living room, formal dining room with built-ins, a country kitchen, half bath and laundry on the first foor. On the second floor you will find two bedrooms and a full bath. This home is very livable as is, however would benefit with fresh paint and eventual updates. Excellent location close to I-89, Hopkinton Village, Concord, and Concord Hospital.

Awesome home & seems very well kept for 1800!! Love that you still see it’s originality & not too modernized! Could be super cozy!!

I think I’d get rid of the wallpaper, and add stenciling. Thr floors, I’d keep just as they are. Beautifully worn.

I LIKE this little home! Once the wallpaper is gone and the floors given a good stripping and warm colored coating, this home would feel cozy. I also really LOVE all the built-ins and book shelves. Marvelous!
