I love it, inside & out! Nice woodwork, a breakfast nook, *three* linen closets, and a nice flow to the floor plans, esp. the ground floor. For 4 bedrooms upstairs, would prefer another bath, even if just a shower (vs. tub) one. But the baths already in place… great!

This house is charming and lovely. Will I get yelled at if I say I’d want to paint the brick? Although it’s great as-is.

Oooh, nice bathroom tile, especially the pink. And I love the breakfast nook!

Wow! I really like this house! Colonial Revival is right up my alley! I would change a few things, like repaint some of the interior, new wallpaper, etc. And extend out onto that upstairs back porch to create a Master suite. Add a kitchen island, expand the opening from the kitchen to the dinning room, and do something with the awkward space around the back door, and Laundry room. Don’t be too harsh in your judgement, people!! I know it’s coming. Just think about it first before you judge, ok?

I’m curious about the floor in that aqua room (shown in photos between the kitchen and the laundry room). Any thoughts about that that is? It’s pretty cool-looking—but possibly damaged?

In terms of what I’d do to the house, basically…I’d remove the wallpaper in the half bath and get rid of the vanity cabinet in the pink bathroom.
