Was going to pass on this one since the interior is what it is but that view could try and sell me speckled bologna and I’d buy it.

Ya’ll just know how precious this would be with its original porch columns.

I’m thinking this may have started out life as a frame cottage and was bricked over later. The interior, as others have stated, is fairly modest by Victorian standards. As I recall from my long ago days of living in southwestern, Wyoming, (very close to the Utah border) Moroni was the name of an angel who assisted the founder of the Mormon faith. Many areas in Utah have these breath taking vistas of the surrounding mountains but the climate is cold and harsh and the terrain is rugged.
