"Potter Hall". Handsome Federal brick residence overlooking the Choptank River in village location, convenient to Easton and Denton, together with guest/caretaker's house and other outbuildings. Property is protected by a preservation easement in favor of the Maryland Historical Trust. House is in great condition on the exterior but requires updating and cosmetics on the interior. 12 ft ceilings on first story, 13 ft ceilings on second story.
