No listing description at the time of this post. It’s a new listing so maybe soon.

A yellow house and with such pretty entry tile. Love that it has a pool and still has the qualities of a livable old home.

I love the fall pictures. Reminds me of my midwest hometown. Even though the kitchen is not what I would “do” with it if I were in charge of a renovation, I kind of like the eclectic look of it and I would just colorful-it-up a bit and keep it.

First thing I would do is remove the tile in the hallway. That is more suitable for a modern house or outside.

    This house has amazing woodwork.

“Interesting” mix of cabinetry in the kitchen. Love the woodwork. The fiberglass tub has got to go along with the pool. A pool in Michigan gets used one month/year and isn’t worth keeping.

Nice house! I like the diagonal paneling under the windows!

Am I wrong thinking part of it started as an italianate? These details are leading me in thinking so: The kitchen has backband casing around doors and windows, and there’s this back door with the double round-top glass insert.

I really like their take on an unfitted kitchen but I would change it to be a bit more colorful. I especially like the cabinets without a toe kick and that some look like furniture with legs. I would definitely make the legs on some a different or perhaps a turned leg on some.
