Own a piece of Kingston, New Mexico history. This residence was originally built in 1884 as the Victorio Hotel, named for Apache chief Victorio. The home is a two story stone build with cellar and separate workshop. Exterior is original stone with an updated corrugated metal roof. On the first floor you'll find the parlor, kitchen, dining room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and laundry room. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and a den. The first floor bathroom has an antique claw foot tub and the second floor bathroom has been updated with a shower/tub combo. Interior walls are a mix of wood paneling and plaster with beamed ceilings. The home contains 3 wood burning stoves and the original wood burning fireplace. There are three sources of water on property: seasonal stream, original hand dug well, and a new well. This would be a great family project or a bed and breakfast business venture.
