Many people dream of owning a house like this. To buy this one, the offer should be cash or conventional. Estate Reps will do no work. Needs outside paint; kitchen work and yard work. The woodwork is amazing, the rooms are all good sized. Wonderful front porch. The 3 season porch is located between the first and second floors. There is a walk up attic Look at the pictures, this could be a show place. The previous owner had a gravity furnace but that has been replaced by a top of the line forced air furnace and central air. King Field location with a coffee shop on the block and bus stops less than one block away. Walk-ability is excellent. Make it yours!
