This vernacular Florida Folk Victorian house appears to have been moved to its current location in 1903 to serve as the parsonage for the Blanton United Methodist Church next door. I’m a little disappointed in the realtor to see the four letter “F” word in the listing copy. Some history and old pics:

Wow, the old photo is awesome!

Nobody is going to “fix and flip” this place, I suspect. It could be a really nice long term labor of love, however. Not too long ago I had a similar two gable Folk Victorian farmhouse in Oregon, and know them to be unkillable. This can be restored.

Agreed; I think that this would be too much work to flip for financial gain, and requires a loving hand to restore it if anything is going to be made of it.
Nooooo flipper-floppers allowed!
This is such a sweet old place.
I live close to this property and looking in to buying it. I just don’t know if the price is right. Seems like maybe they are really pricing the land, not the house. Any words of advice?
