Great opportunity in the Historic Cathedral District! This Victorian home is waiting to be restored to it's original grandeur. Look at the architectural drawings to see what the potential for restoration can be. Over 3200 square feet. Lots of potential.

This was one of a few homes in 2011 that was threatened with demolition. I don’t know what became of that.

Does anyone know what the illustration is from? I know the description says architectural drawings but is that recent or an original drawing of the home?

I’ve wondered what happened to this previously posted home, is anyone in Saginaw that knows it? https://www.oldhousedreams.com/2014/09/02/1886-queen-anne-saginaw-mi/

This does have so much potential, but probably needs a good amount of time and money to dump in. It’s certainly priced right. Style looks familiar from a book I have at home. I’ll go through my hard copy records. I don’t think I have any scans.

Congratulations! This is such a beautiful period home. By chance, has anyone noted the name of the original architect on the blueprints? Whoever it was, he or she was obviously very creative and talented.

Please tell your mother she has a loud applause from the “Old House Dream Team”. Also tell her to feel free to post here 😉 Or feel free to post here yourself too!
