Love the roof design on the dormer windows. Can be a showplace!

A lot of potential here! I can’t believe the roof retains its original finials. What it would have been like to live in a time period when almost all houses in a neighborhood had roof finials, ridging and cresting and color on the shingles. If I could only time travel.

Agreed! I love the way this roof has a nice flat rim and then the normal pitch. It could be a total show stopper inside and out. Droooool…… and that staircase…….

I vote that Ross should put this house on his “to do” list. It looks like loads of original finishes are in place. Love love love this one!

OH WOW! Wow, wow, wow. I want to run over right now and put a roof on that place and get to work clearing it out and putting it to right. I’m surprised the floors don’t show more damage, but they don’t seem to. The basement is slightly scary; looks damp, but that’s not necessarily major. All in all, for the price and the potential, it looks eminently doable.
