Absolutely beautiful! I love the screened in sleeping porch. Although hers was quite a bit older,
my grandmother had an old stove like the one shown here. Gotta have the double ovens and
large griddle in the center to feed all those kids, lol!

Lovely, solid family home. Tiled bathrooms are pretty, even if from 30 years later. Great sleeping porch!

I do not believe the bathrooms are original from 1916. They are more likely from the 60’s.

Right, nice enough but nothing special there or in the kitchen.

The house overall is attractive and certainly livable, though someone with an Arts & Crafts touch, a few vintage fixtures and some period furniture could really do something here.

True; but those baths are a very nice, quality, solid installation with equally good fixtures, and timeless tile colors. Certainly no reason at all to junk them, beyond some irrational need for trendiness.

Interesting, “Japanned” summer screen. That’s a first. Would like to have a closer look at it to see what the scene depicts. Kind of looks like kids at summer camp. 🙂

Lovely, very pure of line, Craftsman details with wonderful patina in there.

Another very nice, solid, late transitional, Craftsman.
