If you like old houses and have some skills in fixing things, this is a great place for you. The tax office says this house was built in 1780. The main part of the house is made of hand cut logs. It is 2 miles to the Lake Gaston Hawtree boat ramp and 8 miles to Kerr Lake Dam. There is an old barn 24x24 and a 22x52 pole barn. This property has 6 acres and would be easy to set up for horses. Aprox. 3.57 acres could be available for sale. The house has running water and working bathroom. Wood stove for heat. This land is flat and out in the country with beautiful trees and grassy area, quite and peaceful. This Home is sold Where Is As Is. MUST SEE TO APPRECIATE.
