A nice transitional type house here from the turn of the last century combining Queen Anne and Colonial Revival details. Until the late 1890’s most builders of Queen Anne style homes wished to have a tower or turret (or multiples of the same) but thereafter the iconic Queen Anne tower was reduced to a rounded porch pavilion as seen here. The house looks clean and move in ready. It is also a HUD owned property which means the buyer has to abide by their special purchase rules. A large 1.53 acre lot comes with the property.

On US 1 before I95 the main road Fl to the northeast. Pretty area with excellent boating lakes. Certainly close to the cute, little post office. House next door is interesting. Could that be a bell tower?
