Not that dissimilar from a U.S. Queen Anne house from the same time period. At first glance, I thought this might be a George Barber design. Probably not, although he did mention having some Canadian clients for his planbook designs. Lovely house here that looks move in ready.
Love this house, exterior and the millwork in the public rooms (those doors!). I want to liberate the porch from its enclosure though, but perhaps it is needed in the Canadian winter. The water-side setting is spectacular.
