Main floor full bath. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms and a half bath that has enough room to become a full bath. Living room has fireplace with wood burner. Two heating selections are here with propane and diesel. Homer and Tekonsha buses pass by the home. Here is your chance for country living.

I love this!! It would be perfect for my old dog sanctuary that I dream of having. Oh…if I only had the money. This would be such a great house. Very solid.

With a little work this could be brought back to being a classic vernacular Greek Revival farmhouse. All the elements are still basically there.
