The ROSES are blooming red, the living rm carpet is blue, after 60 yrs this home is finally for sale, could this be the home for you? I know - I get very creative, but I love love love this era of homes, and love this home! Very unique 1929 home w/ stucco exterior which gives it a very distinct and stately look. Inside, it is both formal and welcoming. Many original features including amazing built-ins in the foyer, living room & dining room, there's a walk-thru pantry most likely in the original condition. The kitchen is a clean slate - some recent cabinets and counter added to make it functional, but lots of space to redesign it to make it your own. Windows on the 1st floor have been replaced, all knob & tube wiring was removed and replaced in June, 2019. All the BRs are spacious w/ lots of windows, many closets here, too! Full bath could use a facelift, but that's the fun of making this home, your own. Priced to sell, so don't wait too long to make your appt!

That wonderful vintage pantry makes up for some of the other things in this house.

Oh how about that! This is an Aladdin Lamberton kit home. Aladdin was located in Bay City Michigan. I recognize the stairwork and door hardware as being Aladdin. As well as few other things. Here’s the catalog image for comparison. http://www.flickr.com/photos/ffshoe/48176695206/

My cousin’s family owned the Aladdin company. I used to love looking through the catalogs and also looking at the Aladdin homes in Bay City. I wish the kitchen was intact in this home but what a beauty!
