Great house in Wisconsin! Nice woodwork, I would have to take down the dropped ceilings though. I didn’t see an open staircase, kind of disappointing.

Lovely home! Lots of cosmetic things like paint, that terrible carpet in one bathroom, the dropped ceiling, lino in the kitchen.

Was there really only the one back staircase? That doesn’t seem right, does it?

I do love all the woodwork, though!

Love the woodwork, but as others have said, the carpeting would have to come out of the bathroom, the dropped ceilings would have to go, and all the wood flooring would have to be redone. Would love to have seen a staircase in full. The kitchen looks large enough for an island. Just love the dining room!
Looking at the pics of the outside, I don’t understand the garage placement. Maybe they couldn’t attach it to the house and decided that though it has two doors, one would be used for placing of lawn equipment, etc. because there is a large tree which would block getting vehicles larger than a motorcycle inside.
Lodi is a pretty area and I wouldn’t mind living there.

I love the house diagonally across the intersection.
