Price Improvement! Welcome Home to one of St. Elmo's oldest historic Victorian homes. The ''Sissons House'', resides on 1.38 +/- acres at 113 Ochs Highway. Built in 1884, one year before St. Elmo was incorporated, and within a decade that Bessie Smith was born and the Walnut Street Bridge was built, makes this gem of a home a one of a kind opportunity presenting itself formally to the market. The Sissons House is sitting on one of the most desirable locations in all of St. Elmo. Located within a few minutes walk of St. Elmo's thriving business center, still it offers a quiet privacy provided by the mature flora and fauna on its grounds, including oaks, magnolia trees, Japanese maples, redbuds, dogwoods and fruit trees.

An incredibly beautiful home. I am,however, interested in information regarding the dressing screens behind the twin beds in the first bedroom. I have one just like it. If love to know anything about it.

I’ve seen similar wood screens from India. Can’t say for sure about these. Try googling India wood screens. You’ll see dozens.
