THIS IS TRULY A ONCE IN A LIFETIME OPPORTUNITY TO OWN YOUR VERY OWN JAPANESE "sukiya"(tea house). This Japanese Pavilion was moved to its current site in 1967 from Middletown, NY. It sits on 2 wooded acres with a small koi pond. The parquet wood floors and exquisite wood carvings are truly a work of art. There is Hinoki Cypress wood refined with the antique patina of old Tansu throughout. This must be seen to be appreciated!
