I recommend the 3D tour (linked up top as the virtual tour) to experience the full amazingness of this home.

What an amazing time capsule! The baths and kitchen are pristine! This was clearly a very expensive custom home when it was built. Even if you could find the materials and workmanship I suspect it would cost at LEAST 4 to 5 times the asking price to replace.

I see what you mean! How rare is it that the baths & kitchen & pantry et al. survive? Such an elegant house throughout. (Fenced for the dog, too!) But uh oh….big risk of buyers knocking out walls to “update” the kitchen & create closets the size of half a football field. We can only hope for the understanding new owners this place deserves.

A great, quality home. I know some will disagree, but in my opinion this decade was the apogee of American home building. The only thing I would do to this (other than decorating) would be to drop in some vintage 50’s appliances into that metal kitchen. That virtual tour is not user-friendly, but it was worth it to see this place as Kelly suggests. And the street view is odd. Shouldn’t there be more trees? I wonder if a tornado or something took them out. Whatever, I would love living in a home like this.

I knew this house would deliver! Especially the kitchen!

The only change I would make: replacing the big contemporary fridge with a smaller-scale vintage appliance.

My grandparents lived in this town and I remember this house well. There are some beautiful old homes there, but most have probably fallen into disrepair.
