Looking at the street view you’ll see more of the front. I want to say this is older than 1900 but had an extensive c. 1900 makeover where the interior woodwork and doors also had an update. The interior is what is throwing me off, updated or pre-1850’s? I love all those windows.

    That is a perfect place.
I am a newbie as far as dating houses but I would say it looks older exteriorly as well.

Why, oh why, have I never thought to keep the keys for my interior doors from occasionally falling out of their keyholes & onto the floor by leashing them to the doorknobs?? Good idea!

    • Right? There’s a door in the house I just bought that is locked shut. Somebody locked it years ago and the key is nowhere to be found. To open the door, I’m going to have to take the whole lock set off.
