Come take a look! Current owner has updated 1st floor with kitchen, temporary walls, full bathroom along with a bedroom and half bathroom. 2nd and 3rd floors are open. 3rd floor has appliances for a kitchen, the kitchen sink and bathroom have new plumbing. I absolutely love this. I can just imagine how much more spectacular it could be in the right hand. Amazing ?

Ha, ha. I kind of like it exactly the way it is. Not sure I’d even do much to “finish” it. If I was really bored at some point, I might work on a project or 2 here and there, maybe.

Love your way of thinking MW. Dare to be different and mostly leave it the way it is. This is really a cool space.

I really like Richmond. It is an adorable town, right on the river with oodles of old homes. It has never really caught on tourist wise. I hope it someday does.

The top floor has a Masonic look about it. It also explains the relatively fancy stairs. I like the space and the exposed wood. Someone kinda cool lived there from all the furniture layout and cleanliness we see in the pictures.
