I lived in Del Rio for a big chunk of my childhood up to 16. The town is built around a spring with a lovely park there. It’s in living desert with mesquite, many types of cactus and is very hot but dry in summer. The big dam on the Rio Grande makes for some nice boating/sailing. Used to be fun on the border going to the town right across, but may not be so great now. That house has some much potential and I love the roundness and arches.

I absolutely love the ceilings! I’ve never seen any quite like these before. I also love the green sink and tub. And that master bedroom looks huge! I could see myself living in and loving this house!!

Always love Spanish Revival. Sweet little house.

I like the columns. And the green fixtures. And the pencil sharpener.

    This has potential.
