I’m struggling to find 1830 but maybe it had a big makeover closer to the 20th century. In any case I love it. Waking up to decide which porch to sit on is always a plus. It looks a tad bigger than 1222 square feet, doesn’t it? 🙂

I agree with you Kelly, looks like A lot of house & love the porches as well! The scenery is so pretty!

We live about 5 crow miles from this place, and 1830 is probably not right unless one of the wings is an old log cabin. And the add intimating that this is part of Rivesville is really wrong. Rivesville is probably 8 miles away and is a very small town and any connection with the town is very tenuous.

  2. I am definitely not an expert on all the details of different house styles, but this one just doesn’t feel right for 1830. Not sure exactly why. The fireplace mantles do feel a bit fancy, I was looking for a kitchen style fireplace too.

Choice of porches is always a selling point! Especially when they have high in the trees views.

A warm and imaginative home. The acreage looks inviting too. I hope the next owner enjoys it and takes good care of it too.

Love this house! I’m with you Kelly, deciding which porch to drink my coffee from would be a daily choice that I would not mind one bit.
