This Concord landmark home was originally the "Ashville School". It was built in 1803 and was converted to a private residence in the late 1940''s. Some old features remain adding much charm to this seven room home. There are hardwood floors, a living room with attractive windows and boxed beams in the ceiling, a first floor bedroom with wall of wood panels and built- ins, and the dining room has wainscoting and a corner china cabinet. The second floor offers a bath and two bedrooms, also with wonderful built-in storage. A large back yard has lots of space for gardens and recreation. The front yard is framed with the old white picket fence. This home, close to Concord Hospital, is convenient to all of Concord's amenities, and awaits your TLC and future updates.
