Oh, the stories this home could tell! Nestled on 4.85 acres, is this all brick plantation style home, with north and south sitting porches. High ceilings, original wood work, and transom windows above the doors all add timeless character in a home that dates back to late 1800's. Large rooms are perfect for entertaining, and include 2 original fireplaces ( will need inspected, long time since usage) as well as a wood burning stove in the kitchen. Upstairs offers 5 bedrooms with a full bath. Walk in closet in the largest bedroom along with an adjoining room, one would assume once commonly used as a nursery. 3 season room with access doors to living room and dining room. 50 years this family called it home! Bring your creative juices - the possibilities are ENDLESS!!

I’m sure it wasn’t, but this home looks oddly like a duplex, or in England they call ’em semi detached. It has tons of potential, and oh my gosh a lot of land.

Refinish the wood floors, and get rid of the carpet, put some color on the walls, and this would really be a nice home.

Beautifully preserved. What a deal on a nice chunk of land!

Reminds me of what I remember my great grandmother’s house looked like. You could live there as it is (after a good cleaning, of course) while making any changes or repairs. That kind of house is nice to have.
