One of my recent favorites. What stands out to me, besides beautiful windows and woodwork and built-ins, is the overall height of every space. So stately. And it’s on a lake. Very nice renovation.

There’s a bathtub on the deck.
In elementary school the library had a claw foot tub filled with pillows, was a great spot to read!
I love the matching bed frames in the green bedroom, I would want to keep them!
From top to bottom I like this. Except the toilet in front of the glass door, that would need curtains at least.

I had to look again at the bathroom with the toilet next to the glass french doors. When I took a better look, I realized the screen porch is outside this room. (The picture with the tub on the porch) From the exterior picture it looks as if it’s hard to see into the screen porch, yet alone the bathroom, all of which are on the upper floor. That may be why the owners elected to not do curtains there.

What a wonderful home! I can only assume the owners are bummed to be selling.

Such a comfortable and inviting looking home. You can really tell the owners loved it and lived in it!
