What a beautiful, interesting house! I’d say the porches are the stars here. My god, the floor out front is G O R G E O U S – and then some. That over generous space is exquisite in design as well with no rail; as it has likely always been. If the kiddies don’t learn to not fall off, – well – survival of the fittest. Heheheh. ;-). The big screened porch in back looks like THE spot to be in summertime; and fantastic in it’s original iteration. The projecting, “greenhouse”, turret room in the South facing back looks original to me. Plant heaven! The basement “fireplace” looks super interesting: and probably isn’t an acxtual fireplace at all. What a lovely, spacious, bright and cheery, SOLID, home for the next owner to enjoy. Jealous.

A symmetrical, balanced house! LOVE!!! The whole front of the house is evenly matched side to side, this makes me very happy.
Room after room is just wonderful. I do wish there was at least one more picture of the kitchen.
The basement is very nice too. Work benches, storage space, and that sink!
What would be the point of having a fake fireplace at the bottom of the chimney stack?

I live near that house and have been in it. It is beautiful. The kitchen is a 1970s in need of an update. It has a nice breakfast nook. The neighborhood is one of Salisbury’s prime historic districts and has an eclectic mix of residents — professors from the nearby college, transplants from the DC area, historic house lovers, and some low-income renters. There is another nice one for sale in the neighborhood: https://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/3121-N-Division-St_Salisbury_MD_21801_M50279-85472?ex=MD645874702
