This stately home is just 2 years shy of it's 100th Birthday! This home truly shows that it's been well cared for over the years with its original woodwork, beautiful wood doors and lead glass windows. The front entry is wide and open (14x14) with the traditional staircase on the left and pocket doors to the living room on the right. Straight ahead you can enter the 14x14 parlor! It features a bay window and a pebble stone fireplace (currently not in use). The kitchen is comfortable and features a small breakfast table. There's a den and office off the kitchen and is ideal for an at home business! The dining room is formal and can be separated from the pocket door from the parlor. In the back entry you'll find plenty of room to set up a small office or sitting room (14x8) -- a main floor bedroom, bath and laundry room are here and the setting lends itself to a bed and breakfast owner suite. Upstairs are 4 very large bedrooms and a 18x11 library. Hardwood floors and sentimental decor are throughout the home. We love the side and front deck with the bead board ceilings and can picture the porch swing! The deck is ramped for easy access and the yard is nice! New roof in 2017 and the basement is dry. A very nice home with a great price tag!!
