Lots of potential, but man, this one’s going to take a LOT of work.
A lot more work than I could handle, but at least the bones are not obscured by piles of rubbish making it easier to get to the plumbing and electrical so someone with skills can start right in and get something done.
No doubt; but this one doesn’t even look like you could live in it until a substantial amount of work gets done. If it’s done right, this could be a gorgeous rustic cottage!

yes, theres a lot of work. but look at those floors. some drywall and elbow grease could bring back some of that old charm if done right
